OMG Brem. This is very, very not good. Thank God he's got the Doctor AND Matt working to help him, if anyone can pull off a miracle, they can.

The entire family's reactions to Brem being hurt was heartbreaking. How terrifying it must have been to hear his sudden anguish in their heads. And poor Rose - to not be able to hear it but to know that something is wrong with her "baby".

I have a theory about the whispers Brem heard in the crystal. I'm thinking it's to do with the time lords (like the Crystal in EOT) and that somehow time is bleeding through and that's what's causing the time skips. It would make sense, since Dalek's were a part of the time war. I guess I'll just have to wait to find out if I'm right.

I'm glad we got to see a little more of Matt and Athena being super cute before Brem arrived and everything changed. I suspect they're going to need the memory of that time to get through what's coming. Despite all the intensity though, I have to confess I did find myself wondering if her family will notice her attire once the immediate crisis is dealt with.

I can't wait until next week. I know Brem will be okay - he has to be. (although I'm half terrified he's going to regenerate). But the stakes are suddenly very very high. Eep.
