Oh, this was such a great chapter of little details. I love the mention of Athena resisting the urge to fuss with her hair, and I can completely imagined the only-slightly repressed smirk that comes with flummoxing the Time Lords with human references. The other thing I liked was the "heartsbeat" - the first time I read it I thought it was a typo, and then I had an "I see what you did there" moment and thought it was a clever tweak. And do I see the Master already starting to waver away from the TIme Lords' side with his Gershwin comment? I know I've said it before, but I'm so hoping he gets to continue to lurk around in the corners of your universe.


Also - some excellently on-point Doctor angst with your take on his nasty-things-emerging-from-the-Time_War speech. Come on next Wednesday.
