The fact that I acquired the second series of "Sherlock" before the MegaUpload debacle, because I watched the entire thing today during my convalescence and I seriously don't know how they expect Americans to be waiting this long for that brilliance.

I know, right? I'm currently sharing series 2 with a Sherlock fan who couldn't find it anywhere once she learned that it had aired in the UK.

No kidding. I think the entire rest of the English speaking world and quite a few of non-English speaking countries have seen this series already. Frankly, I can't believe how short-sighted PBS has been about scheduling this considering how they've probably cost themselves a lot of $$$ in DVD sales and eyeballs for the actual broadcasts. The only why they could make it worse would be to have a fucking PLEDGE DRIVE when showing S2. Then I would have to find someone and hurt them. *grabs riding crop* Idiots.

I will watch it when it airs and buy the DVDs, just because I like to encourage the shows that I enjoy. But I am perplexed by PBS's decision on this.
