In response to this meme,
hezmanagirlasked me for my top five desserts.
(1)

Angel food cake. I bloody adore angel food cake. Ever since I can remember, this is the cake I've requested to be baked for my birthday. My mother also whips cream and serves it with strawberries, but I actually prefer it just like this: absolutely plain. For the week after my birthday, I have it for breakfast every morning.
(2) No-bake cookies, a picture of which I couldn't find. These are really just meringues with chocolate chips. They're called "no-bake" because you turn the oven off when you put them in. These are my favorite Christmas cookies.
(3)

Blueberry buckle. I also adore blueberry pie, but my special weakness is for blueberry buckle. Sadly, I've never tasted any blueberry buckle quite as good as my aunt's.
(4)

Fudge, specifically chocolate with walnuts. I am odd and especially like fudge after it's been sitting around for a few days and is a bit stale.
(5) Chocolate cake, but without frosting, which is why I have no picture. This is something else that I eat for breakfast if I have it in the house. Luckily, I seldom have it in the house.
