Summary - In which Mycroft and Lestrade have a conversation about a Stradivarius.
Author's Notes - I am giving up pretending that these stories aren't really, like, a novel in the guise of vignettes. So, here is "Scotch, the Fourth," which follows directly from "Scotch, the Third," which follows directly from "Scotch." (And yes, I really wish Lestrade and Mycroft hadn't had two Scotches in the first story, so that the numbering would make more sense.)
