Summary - The British Government accidentally clones Sherlock Holmes. Which brings a baby to 221B Baker Street.

Is the Oliver saga done? God, no. The only reason this one's done is because I decided it *had* to be split into two for my own--and your--sanity. So once this story is done, there'll be a series of vignettes linking this bit to the next major plotted story.
