Hee! I knew it was Ten (*wibbles*) at the babbling (so from the first paragraph!), and at the mention of him messing with his fringe. Aha, I thought, Nine doesn't have a fringe! Or not enough of one to mess with, anyway. I like the idea of him being a sexily manipulative bugger right from the start, and I really wonder what Rose would have done with that. Would he have pulled her in as much, or would she have gotten sick of it real quick? V interesting!
