I kind of love this chapter a lot. Lots of plot and great characterization! I love the easy banter Rose and the Doctor still have with Jack (loved the “He’s so business-like all the time,” Jack said to Rose. "I know, isn’t it just the hottest thing ever?” asked Rose. and also the “In love with him? Really? How sweet. Maybe he’ll take her back in time to see the Eiffel Tower being built.” JACK <3 ) I also liked the Chritsopher story showed an example of a time traveling romance gone wrong (also loved the name thing; even your throwaway bits are awesome!), and it was nice to get confirmation that Slyvain knew something was up with Fortuna from the beginning, as well as more Fortuna perspective on the reemergence of the Time Lords. I do not approve, however, of couldn’t we take one little side trip? ::looks at Slyvain suspiciously:: So excited to see where this is going!
