Mini!Ten's Adventures in Iceland

earlgreytea68Mini!Ten also had lots of adventures on his recent trip to the UK, but, going in chronological order, we arrive first at Iceland.
Mini!Ten poses with a brochure promoting day tours. He wants me to clarify for all of you that we were going on a night tour, actually, to see the Northern Lights, but there were no night tour brochures. He also wants me to clarify for all of you that the Northern Lights are way more spectacular when you're hovering within them enjoying the view from the TARDIS.
Mini!Ten enjoys the sun rising over the mountains.
More stunning vistas. Mini!Ten says it reminds him of an alien planet. Probably New Iceland on New Earth.
He's all out of focus in this photo, but the mountain looks nice. Just blame me for being a terrible photographer (he does).
At Thingvellir.
Scaling rock walls at Thingvellir. Mini!Ten was very reckless on this trip.
More Thingvellir.
On the road to Geysir.
The sign was in Icelandic. The TARDIS translated it for us.
Dramatic photo at Gullfoss. Mini!Ten had an adventure at Gullfoss during one of his travels. He tried to tell me what it was, but I couldn't hear him over the wind.
Frolicking in the lava field.
At the Blue Lagoon. I wouldn't let him go in the water for fear the minerals would not agree with him. He sulked about this. I don't think he had much fun in the locker.
Visiting the Hub of Reykjavik. Here is where things take a sinister turn...
But first! A visit to the Catholic Church!
We visited the harbor. I tried to be super-clever and take a photo of him perched on the statue of the Viking ship and...
His leg fell off. The wind blew him off the ship and shattered his leg.
It was really tragic. I couldn't fix it, it was a clean break, not a pop-out-of-joint.

Stuck in a skeleton. At this point, Mini!Ten decided I was just being mean, and I decided he was too fragile for any further adventures.
Will Mini!Ten ever be healed??? STAY TUNED...
