“Who told you that?”
“I read it.”
“Where?”
“Okay, I saw it.”
“Where?”
The Doctor mumbled something.
Rose knew what that meant. “Did you see it on EastEnders?”
“No,” he responded, primly.
“Coronation Street?”
“What does it matter?”
“Neighbours?”
“Maybe. Rose, the point is…you were supposed to be craving ice cream and pickles. Instead, you’ve got me trying to procure the rarest scrambled egg in the universe. One that can only be scrambled once every eight-eight years.”
Rose shrugged. “He’s your CGB. He’s got complicated, Gallifreyan taste.”
