I can definitely sympathise as far as the crazies go, lol, the flat I lived in before Austin and I finally moved in together was in an apparently similar type of area.
I still recall vividly being woken up one Sunday morning at 6.00am by the sounds of a police raid occurring 6 doors down from me.
