At the beginning of the month I was on vacation with my family in the Caribbean, and there was a tiny British toddler at our resort named Oliver who was like a very small Martin Freeman...and I thought, "I must write a story in which John and Sherlock have a son named Oliver because this child is too adorable to be forgotten."
I am completely delighted you have already written this baby Oliver because it is delightful and now I don't have to write it because this fits the bill perfectly.
I do have a horrific vision of Mycroft keeping a room full of lactating women hostage and plugged into a bunch of Medela Pumps...but I wouldn't put that past Mycroft, not at all.
