Seriously, John, you should know better by now than to keep a secret from Sherlock. Especially a secret about Oliver. And MOST ESPECIALLY a secret about Oliver's health. Not telling Sherlock for even a little bit, makes it so much worse when he eventually does tell him.
Of course it's an actual palace. I don't know why I was even the slightest bit surprised. XD And John and Oliver have their own wings! So sweet, Sherlock-style!
