So I actually spent so much time explaining Inception because I assumed that people following me already knew Sherlock but might need an Inception introduction. It's not really an indication that the fic is more Inceptiony than Sherlocky and, in fact, I think it actually depends more on Sherlock canon than it does Inception. It's two Inception characters injected into the Sherlock universe, basically.
That said, Arthur and Eames are the main POV characters in this first part. John and Sherlock also share POVs at times, but Arthur and Eames kind of drive the plot story at this point. John and Sherlock pick things up more later in the story.
