I agree with all the Sherlock and Inception and Doctor Who and Selfie observations. I was almost afraid to watch Selfie because it was getting negative reviews before it even aired the first time and I figured that would keep a lot of people away. I, too, was getting more and more fond of it as it progressed and I really hated that it didn't get a chance to develop. It had real possibilities.
You dragged me kicking and screaming into the Inception world (I avoid LdiC if at all possible) and I came to really love it in all its weirdness, so I appreciate your insistence that it needed to be watched for the A/E factor. That made up for the Leo presence. I owe you one there.
I'm crossing my fingers for Season 4 to make up for the bad taste left behind by HLV. There are parts that I love about that episode, but it ultimately left me feeling betrayed by characters I adore. Still feeling ambivalent there.
I am glad to see a recommendation for The Night Circus. I purchased it awhile back but have not got around to reading it. All that Inception fic has kept me too busy..
A huge pat on the back to you for providing a consistent dose of "feel good" this year. I look forward to more of the same in 2015. Happy New Year!
