Boston is very loud, and definitely the best city in the country to be in when their baseball team wins a game, and Jonathan Paplebon is doing Irish step-dancing to the Dropkick Murphys, and Theo Epstein looks like he just came from a frat party, and John Henry is fighting off death, as he always is, so he can give an interview, and God, Papelbon can just plain pitch, and Beckett is absolutely ace, and Jacoby Ellsbury is the cutest little guy ever and play brilliant ball, and Pedroia is so the rookie of the year, and SQUEEEEEEEEEEE.

My favorite little moment was Papelbon's come-hither motions to Jason Varitek before Tek leaped joyfully into his arms. It was basically, "Come here, you big bear of a man, you!"

Yeah, baseball is like the gayest sport outside of wrestling.
