Advent Drabble 1 - Spooning

“It’s scientific,” Sherlock said, sitting in their kitchen, surrounded by a stack of charts and diagrams. “If you’d just sit down and listen to me, you would see how stupid you’re being.”
John lifted his eyebrows. “Ordinarily you don’t require charts to tell me how I’m stupid I’m being.”
“Yes, but you’re being especially stupid in this area, so I have to be especially precise.” Sherlock glared at him.
“Alright,” John sighed. “What’s this all about?”
“This,” announced Sherlock, “is a fourteen-point presentation on why I should obviously always be the big spoon.”
John sighed again.
