Supercalafragilisticexpialadocious (requested by jasminetea75)
“I need a new…” said the Doctor.
“Suit?” guessed Rose.
“No, thing to say. I’m tired of ‘allons-y’ and ‘molto bene.’”
“A catchphrase.”
“Not a catchphrase.”
“It is.”
“Fine. I need a new catchphrase.”
“You know what’ll make you sound precocious?”
“What?”
“Supercalafragilisticexpialadocious.”
“Bit long.”
“Since when are you about brevity?”
“I don’t think you’re treating this with the appropriate solemnity.”
“You could always go back to ‘fantastic.’ I liked that one.”
“Do you miss it?”
“Sometimes. But I love ‘allons-y.’ And I’ll love whatever you come up with next, too.”
They smiled at each other, and he said, “Good.”

Undercover (requested by anonymous)
“Just once,” complained Rose, “I don’t know why we can’t go undercover as Sir Doctor and Dame Rose.”
“And I don’t know how many times I have to explain this to you: You get all of the best gossip from the kitchen staff.”
“So why don’t you go undercover as a waiter, and I can be Dame Rose?”
“Because then who would protect you from all the lascivious party-goers, when I’m busy handing out the canapes?”
“It’s about the French maid outfit, isn’t it?”
The Doctor’s lips twitched, as he concentrated on filling the champagne glasses on his tray. “Maybe.”

Date: 2009-12-27 05:03 am (UTC)As for role-playing, well... ;-)
There were enough prompts to carry over a bit, so I did it. It's a bonus Advent calendar!

I love it!!! (I actually requested this - I apparently wasn't signed in - so doubly love it, even if I laughed loud enough to startle nearly sleeping baby.)
