Wait, Wait, More on The Reichenbach Fall

I'm so delighted that I feel like "Everything Is Chess" still kind of works, because now you can kind of envision (if you are me) that when Mycroft reminds himself "Everything is chess" at the end of the piece, he's trying to justify the mistake he's just made, trying to tell himself that he can play his way out of it because that's who he is. I actually think it fits really well with the Mycroft we get to see in "Reichenbach." And I choose to believe that Mycroft is involved with Sherlock's scheme, since that would be canonical, so I also choose to believe that there are a LOT of Mycroft scenes we didn't see this episode, and therefore there is a LOT of fanfiction that can be written. BRING ME THE MYCROFT FANFICTION.

I definitely agree that we're not getting the whole picture here, both with Molly and Mycroft. I also agree that there is a lot of fanfic that can be written on Mycroft's involvement. I'm especially tempted to write a fic based on his last scene, where he makes 'the face'.

That last scene with him is so ambiguous, I love it. You can do SO MUCH with that scene.

Yeah, Mike and I think that both Molly and Mycroft are involved in masking Sherlock's death.

Molly would know of unclaimed bodies and Mycroft can make the arrangements to make the paperwork look legit. So legit that it would fool anyone.
