THIS COMMERCIAL OMG.

So, here is a liveblog of me watching this commercial:

• I really want a Jaguar.
• No, wait, I only want a Jaguar if it comes with Benedict Cumberbatch.
• Do Jaguars come with Benedict Cumberbatch now?
• I wonder how much extra Benedict Cumberbatch costs.
• I wonder if I have to buy the Jaguar, or if I can just get the Benedict Cumberbatch feature.
• Never mind, I don't want a Jaguar at all, I just want Benedict Cumberbatch.
• Whose idea was this advertisement? I wonder if I can send them a thank-you note.
• How many times can I watch this ad on endless loop?
• So now he's wearing some kind of awesome coat. Benedict. The awesome coats are... [this thought is unfinished because I got distracted]
• OMG he's pouring tea.
• OMG he's drinking tea.
• OMG he's walking down a staircase.
• [sexy voice drop: "And then you turn the thing on properly."] [at this point I fell out of my chair]
• My God, he has gorgeous eyes.
• I also like being around my family, being around my friend, and curling up on a sofa reading a book. Clearly, we are soulmates, Benedict and I.
• I feel dazed. I can't think properly. I think I need a cigarette. And a Jaguar, yes, definitely want a Jag.

Well. They are the world's most brilliant advertising agency. They have revived in interest in Jags that was basically dormant inside of me.

I like to believe at least one person at that agency read the description of Benedict Cumberbatch's voice as being a jaguar trapped in a cello and thought, "Huh. He should be the voice of *Jaguar,* then..."

A friend of mine who was far too young for it owned an XK-R for about six months until he came to the same conclusion about it that I did: he was going to die in that car. It was the most incredible machine I've ever had the pleasure of going 100 MPH on the LA freeways in (bad sentence structure, but you get the idea). He sold it before it killed him, thank goodness. I'm glad I never got to drive it, or I'd be obsessed with it for the rest of my life. Just riding in it was enough.

This video just basically wins at everything. I've seen it 10 times today and everytime I go to close the tap I end up watching it like 2 more times - AT LEAST. I think I'm just never going to close it and I will watch it everyday until I get bored of it (which will never happen so basically bye bye life, hello, pretty, pretty man who pours tea sexily and wears the hottest coats. (and has the BEST voice)
